How to stop Windows 10 auto-downloading applications, apps and games

Microsoft has announced that the Windows 10 Mobile operating system is no longer auto-detected by Windows 10 Auto-Detect, and instead requires users to manually run the program.

Microsoft’s blog post says that the update is available now, and will be rolling out in the coming weeks.

Users who wish to disable Windows 10 Autodetection can do so through Settings, as follows:If you want to disable Auto-detection, follow the instructions below.

You can also disable Windows Defender on Windows 10 if you are running the latest update.
